Here is what is included with your hall rental for a hall rental... Time frame is Thursday 8AM-5PM (CST), Friday 8-5 (CST), Saturday 8AM-1AM Sunday (CST). You also have your wedding at the event center and it will be converted to reception. Event planning is included. Table and chair set up (rounds and banquet tables), full service staff that will help place your items, clearing of all tables and cleanup is included. Selfie station, linens, fabric napkins, and chair covers, large bar area with lots of room for cocktail hour, cake cutting and serving. Arcade and mini theatre for kids if you want it open. Real china, silverware, and water goblets. Staff will pack up all your belongings and you can pick up Monday or Tuesday after your event.
